Combined, there are 97 graduate and undergraduate chapters of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®, under the leadership of Gwendolyn Kirtley, the 30th Great Lakes Regional Director.

IOTA PHI OMEGA CHAPTER

Established on November 18, 1973, the Iota Phi Omega Chapter has been a beacon of service, dedication, and sisterhood for an impressive 50 years and counting. Our commitment to making a positive impact in the cities of Elyria, Lorain, and Sandusky, Ohio, has been unwavering, and we take pride in the transformative influence we've had on our local communities.

In celebrating our golden anniversary, we stand as a testament to the enduring strength of sisterhood and service. Despite being a small chapter, our impact on "Service to All Mankind" is colossal, and we continue to forge ahead with passion and purpose.
